We are thrilled to welcome you to our "new home." Since we founded Alpaca Warehouse as a family business, we were very clear that our value proposition would be based on respect, warmth, and a genuine belief that a great experience is the key to a long-lasting relationship with you, our beloved alpaca lovers.

With this in mind, we understood it was time for a change without losing our essence. We started with our logo. We admit it was a bit difficult to part with an image that had been with us from the beginning, but it was necessary to update and opt for a redesign that reflected our commitment to sustainability, a clean, subtle, yet elegant image.

This was a long journey, full of challenges that we overcame one by one, convinced that we would only launch our new virtual store once we were sure of offering a platform and an image that matched the quality of our products.

Today we can say: Mission Accomplished!
