Our story begins in Peru
In 2003, Alpaca Warehouse was but a fledgling venture, born from the passion of the Natteri family in Lima, Peru. We had a clear vision, rooted in the enchantment of our home country's unique treasures: to deliver the beauty and quality of Peruvian alpaca fiber products to the world, at fair and honest prices.
Back then, the landscape of e-commerce was still taking shape. It was a different world, and we were motivated by the potential of the internet to reach customers that were otherwise impossible to reach locally. A window of opportunity to create a sustainable, meaningful business for our family, and at the same time support the development of local Peruvian artisans and producers.
