It is a very high quality product. The blanket is heavy like I wanted (unlike some other sellers selling throws as blankets), and luxuriously soft. It does shed a little bit as it is a natural product, but then again so does my dog, and I don’t hold it against him. The baby alpaca material is very soft just like other baby alpaca products I own, and the blanket feels super durable like it will last a very long time. I live a mostly vegan lifestyle for ethical reasons, but I do feel comfortable buying this blanket because I know it is made sustainably without killing animals to make it (unlike the Canada goose winter coats that everyone seems to want), and natural materials are a better choice than plastic and chemical based fabrics. These are expensive, but they should be, because in America, when people work hard for something, they tend to treat it with more respect (as opposed to most disposable goods), and I feel it is definitely worth the price I paid for it. Also customer service from Franco has been absolutely top notch, and extremely responsive every step of my purchase.

Soft and warm
Purchased blanket to keep warm during long stints working at my desk. I'm in an office in the NorthEast, so the blanket has to be warm and suitably professional-looking. This one is great on both counts.
