Having not owned a natural fibre blanket until now, I am so impressed by what a difference it makes. It regulates temperature well, breathes, and looks/feels so perfect on the bed. It is not scratchy at all and is a quality piece I will be keeping for years to come.
I've collected various wool blankets over the years, mostly mil-surplus, but also own some quality ones like a vintage Hudson Bay point blanket. I am very pleased with the design, weight, thickness, and softness of the Banderita blanket. For the price point it's difficult to find something with all of these qualities. Time will only tell how durable this alpaca blend will be as my point blanket is now going on few decades strong! I would definitely recommend this blanket to any wool blanket enthusiast.
